We're pretty confident you'll adore your new dose of desk-sized fun, but hey, sometimes things just don't tickle your funny bone the way you expected! That's why we've made our returns and refunds process as smooth as a well-oiled giggle machine.

Our Happy (or Happily Returned) Guarantee:

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your Badge Giggle purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days from the date you received your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Let us know your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and tell us briefly why (no need to over-explain unless you want to share a funny story!).

  3. Ship it Back: We'll provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Please note that unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once We Receive Your Return:

Once your returned item(s) arrive at our happy headquarters, our team will give them a quick once-over to make sure they're in good condition. Upon approval, we'll process your full refund back to your original payment method. A Few Little Things to Keep in Mind:
